Welcome to the toughest workout. Ever.
Athletes will attempt to complete 14 rounds before the 14-hour cutoff time. Each round will consist of a 1 mile run followed by 100 reps of increasingly difficult exercises. Successful athletes will complete 14 miles of running and 1400 reps:

Not all athletes will be able to complete the workout. Athletes are encouraged to get as much done as they can within the 14-hour cutoff, and then return next year to see if they can get through another "gate."
Teams will complete the same amount of work in a You-Go-I-Go style. Runs do not have to be completed together, but reps can't begin until both athletes return from the run.
This will be a wave-start competition. You will receive your heat time after signing up. Water and LMNT electrolytes will be provided to all participants. Your run will be outdoors...prepare accordingly!"
